• 1990-1996, our senior webmaster designed web application and pages for the United States Marine Corps.
• 1994, CJ Computers was born as a computer repair and upgrade business in Havelock, North Carolina.
• 1996-1998, designed and maintained several business web sites for customers in Virginia Beach.
• 1998, launched our flagship web site YourNuHome.com (later renamed to SimplyFredericksburg.com, which is one of the area's most visited web sites for what to do and visit in the Fredericksburg area).
• 1999, CJ Computers became Simply Web Services
• 2000 - 2001, we improved just about every aspect of the business, from servers, to services, to business location.
• 2002, we launched the newest version of our web site. This site is geared to provide our customers with better services and extend the customer service yet another notch above our competitors.
• 2003, we improved our hosting and design packages, raised the level of options and lowered our prices even more.
• 2004, we did it again; we improved just about everything again. We overhauled our hosting and design packages, raising the level of storage space and bandwidth allowed and kept the price the same.
• 2005, we launched new design packages and more e-commerce solutions.
• 2006, we improved our hosting, reduced our domain registration fees, increased the features in our hosting packages and now offer a better design maintenance options. Please continue to look for other things that will be happening as the year progresses.
• 2007, we dropped our hosting setup fees, we increased our disk space on all hosting packages and we opened an office in Historic Downtown Fredericksburg. The year ended with us expanding our office space and a completely new corporate web site.
• 2008, we expanded and made improvements in many area of the business. We hired a full time graphics artist who brought with him vast experience in the print realm, allowing Simply Web Services, to bring print media (brochures, business cards and post cards) to our clients. We also hired a full time office assistant who is also a budding professional photographer. We have increased storage sizes and still managed to keep the hosting pricing the same. our design side of the house has also expanded.
